The ATOSA EBF-10 is a high-performance blast chiller and shock freezer for restaurants, catering businesses, bakeries, and production kitchens that operate in compliance with HACCP regulations and need to quickly bring products to safe temperatures after cooking or baking. This reduces downtime, maintains consistent quality (texture, juiciness, freshness), and provides a predictable workflow for cook & chill / cook & freeze processes .

The unit is made entirely of stainless steel , inside and out – hygienic, durable, and perfect for everyday use. The integrated core temperature probe is particularly practical, allowing you to precisely control processes and achieve repeatable results. The EBF-10 combines rapid cooling and shock freezing in a single system, making it the perfect solution for structured preparation and production.
