The BASTRAMAT 1500 Classic Line is a high-performance universal smoking and cooking system for butcher shops and food production. It is designed for smoking, cooking, conditioning, and intensive cooling – with the aim of achieving consistent results , short cycle times , and minimal weight loss .

Thanks to the wide selection of smoke generation systems, the system can be optimally adapted to the product and desired result – ideal for meat, sausage, poultry, fish and cheese .
