The BASTRAMAT 850 Classic Line is a versatile universal smoking and cooking system for butcher shops and food production. It is ideally suited for smoking, cooking, climate control, and intensive cooling , and its precise process control ensures consistent product quality, short throughput times, and minimal weight loss .
The system is designed for the processing of meat, sausage, poultry, fish and cheese and can be equipped with different smoke generation systems (sawdust, wood chips, friction smoke or smoke condensate) as required – compactly integrated in the door or as an external smoke generator.
