The BLIZZARD 70 SLF Touch is a professional 70-liter cutter for the butcher trade and food production – built for continuous operation, process reliability and reproducible results .
The machine is made of stainless steel and is operated via a touch panel with joysticks . This allows for quick, precise and practical control of the cutter shaft and bowl – ideal for daily production processes.

A major advantage in operation: freely selectable & storable speeds for the blade shaft and bowl – perfect if recipes should always run perfectly.
