The JIPA JUMP 101 DL is a high-performance electric multi-functional unit for professional kitchens where speed, consistent quality, and efficient processes are paramount. Its highlight: two separate GN 1/1 pans with a total volume of 2 x 79 liters (DIN 18857) – ideal for processing two products simultaneously (e.g., searing on the left, cooking on the right) while maintaining maximum flexibility in daily operations.

Operation is via a 12" color touchscreen with intuitive menu navigation. In addition to manual operation, automatic processes are available, including program memory (up to 800 programs in 12 steps) – perfect for standardized products, reproducible results and consistent quality, even with changing personnel.
