JIPA JUMP 101 DM – Multifunctional system 2×49 L (GN 1/1)

The JIPA JUMP 101 DM is an electric multi-functional system for professional kitchens – perfect for cooking, roasting, braising, frying, low-temperature cooking , and much more. The system is particularly powerful when you want to cook two products simultaneously : 2 x GN 1/1 pans, each with a usable volume of 49 liters (according to DIN 18857), deliver high output without the need for two separate machines.

In everyday use, the machine impresses with automatic and manual cooking programs , a 12" touchscreen control and the ability to save your own processes/programs – ideal for consistent quality, fast processes and reproducible results during peak times.
