The JIPA JUMP 151 F is a high-performance electric multi-functional unit for commercial kitchens, catering, and institutional food service – wherever high throughput , consistent quality , and standardized processes are required. The special feature of the F version is its automatic basket lifting system , making it ideal for processes such as frying or cooking with basket inserts – fast, safe, and reproducible.

The system is operated via a 12" color touchscreen with intuitive controls. Up to 800 programs with up to 12 steps can be saved for consistent results – perfect for shift work and changing personnel. Process values ​​and status information are displayed directly on the screen.

With a usable volume of 110 liters and a capacity of 3 x GN 1/1 , the JUMP 151 F is powerful enough for large quantities. Its temperature range of 30–250 °C makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications – from cooking and frying to low-temperature processes.
