The JIPA JUMP 201 F is a professional electric multi-functional unit for commercial kitchens, catering, canteens, and institutional food service – anywhere high throughput , standardized processes , and consistent quality are essential. The "F" indicates the version with an automatic basket lifter – ideal for processes like frying and basket cooking, as it makes handling faster, safer, and more reproducible.
With a capacity of 4 x GN 1/1 and a usable volume of 150 liters (DIN 18857) , the machine is designed for large quantities. The JUMP technology covers an extremely wide range of applications – from cooking (intensive/gentle) to roasting, braising, frying, low-temperature processes , confit, and sous-vide cooking , in a temperature range of 30–250 °C .
Everything is operated via a 12" color touchscreen with automatic and manual modes. For consistent results in everyday use, you can save your own programs – according to the manufacturer, with memory for 800 programs in 12 steps . Additional features include sensor-based temperature measurement , display of target/actual values, and error messages directly on the screen.
