The REX AW 130 II automatic mixing grinder in angled design is a professional combination machine for mixing and grinding – ideal for butcher shops and production facilities that require high performance, efficient processes, and consistent product quality. The integrated mixing and grinding technology reduces work distances and significantly speeds up processes.

The mixer is designed for forward and reverse operation , as is the mixing arm (one speed). The hopper has a capacity of approximately 120 liters and is equipped with a protective grid , which increases operational safety and allows for convenient loading. All external surfaces are made of brushed stainless steel , making the machine hygienic, durable, and easy to clean.

The machine stand is fully enclosed and features a fan , ensuring a clean appearance and robust industrial design. The AW 130 II also boasts impressive technical specifications: it is driven by a 7.5/11 kW motor, offers two speeds , and is protected by a 35 A fuse. Control is achieved via a contactor control system with motor protection , guaranteeing safe operation.

For the grinding function , the feed screw and working screw are also equipped with two speeds and can be variably switched relative to each other . This allows the machine to be optimally adapted to the product structure, desired consistency, and throughput. The housing and screws are made of stainless steel , and the aluminum handwheel is a new feature – a clear advantage in terms of handling and service life.

The scope of delivery includes a high-quality 5-piece cutting set (stainless steel) , consisting of a pre-cutter with sliding bearing , two ring blades , perforated discs in 3 / 5 / 8 / 13 mm and two insert rings . This makes the AW 130 II flexible for use with different products and desired finishes – from fine to coarse.
