The REX RK 45 N3M cutter is a high-performance professional cutter for butcher shops and production facilities that require high throughput, clean cutting quality, and flexible process control. With a 45-liter bowl capacity , the machine is ideal for medium to large batches and offers an excellent combination of performance, ease of use, and reproducible results.

The machine is made of brushed stainless steel , and the cutter bowl is also made of stainless steel, meeting the highest standards of hygiene and ease of cleaning. The RK 45 N3M is equipped with a 6-knife Düker SDU system , which ensures uniform chopping, clean emulsions, and stable processing – especially with demanding recipes and under heavy loads.

A noise-reducing cover is installed for improved occupational safety and reduced noise levels. Operation is via a front panel with push-button controls , while the complete control system is integrated into the machine housing – compact, protected, and practical for daily production operations.

In terms of performance, the machine is powerful: The main motor of the cutter shaft operates at 9/11 kW , protected by a 35 A slow-blow fuse . The cutter shaft has two speeds (2,100/4,200 rpm) , allowing the cutting process to be optimally adapted to the product and desired fineness. Additionally, three speeds are available for forward mixing . The bowl is equipped with three speeds that can be switched independently – for maximum process flexibility.

For precise process control, the RK 45 N3M features a digital display for bowl revolutions and temperature . An emergency stop button provides additional safety during daily operation.
