The REX RVF 50 vacuum filler is a high-performance professional machine for filling, portioning, and twisting , ideally suited for butcher shops and high-throughput production facilities. Equipped with a 50-liter hopper including a protective lid and a fully electronic drive via AC servo technology , the RVF 50 stands for precise portioning, stable conveying performance, and reliable continuous operation.

The machine operates with WPR 98 positioning control and alphanumeric program storage for fast, reliable operation and repeatable results. Portion sizes can be flexibly set from 5 to 99,999 g . Maximum accuracy is ensured by fine weight adjustment in 0.1 g increments . The system is complemented by practical functions such as a pre-clamping pulse , meat relief , and weight compensation of the first portion , thus reducing waste and ensuring uniform portions.

With a filling capacity of up to 2,700 kg/h and a portioning speed of up to 350 portions/min, the RVF 50 is ideal for high performance with consistent product appearance. The fully electronic twisting drive , including an integrated twister, is already installed – ensuring clean twisting and efficient production processes.

Technically, the machine has a 4 kW power rating and is protected by a 16 A slow-blow fuse . The machine upgrade to version 327 included a complete renewal of components such as the drive, conveyor housing, etc. – a clear advantage in terms of reliability, service life, and investment security.
