The REX RVF 55 vacuum filler is a high-performance professional machine for filling, portioning, and twisting , ideally suited for butcher shops and production facilities with high throughput requirements. With its 50-liter hopper including lid and fully electronic AC servo drive, the RVF 55 offers reliable, consistent conveying performance and precise portioning results – even in continuous operation.

The machine is equipped with the WPR 98 positioning control system and features alphanumeric program storage , allowing for quick recall of products and processes. Portion sizes can be flexibly adjusted from 5 to 99,999 g . Maximum accuracy is ensured by fine weight adjustment in 0.1 g increments . Functions such as a pre-clamping pulse , meat relief , and weight compensation of the first portion support consistent product quality and reduce waste from the outset.

With a filling capacity of up to 3,000 kg/h and a portioning speed of up to 500 portions/min, the RVF 55 is ideal for high output volumes with consistent performance. The electronic twisting drive, in conjunction with the swiveling twisting device, enables clean twisting and ergonomic workflows – particularly practical in daily production operations.

Technically, the machine is designed with a connected load of 4 kW and is therefore ideal for professional use in trade and industry.
