The REX RVF 55 vacuum filler is a high-performance professional machine for filling, portioning, and twisting , ideally suited for butcher shops and production facilities with high throughput requirements. Equipped with a 90-liter full hopper including a step, this model offers particularly convenient loading while ensuring high process reliability in daily operation.

The fully electronic drive via AC servo technology ensures a constant product flow, precise portioning, and a clean turning pattern. The machine is controlled by the WPR 98 positioning control system with alphanumeric program storage – ideal for quickly retrieving recurring products and efficiently managing processes.

Portion sizes can be flexibly adjusted from 5 to 99,999 g . For maximum accuracy , fine weight adjustment in 0.1 g increments is available. The system is complemented by important professional functions such as a pre-emptive clipping pulse , meat pressure relief , and weight compensation of the first portion , thus reducing waste and ensuring consistent results right from the start.

With a filling capacity of up to 3,000 kg/h and a portioning speed of up to 500 portions/min, the RVF 55 is also designed for high output volumes. The electronic rotary drive, in combination with the swiveling rotary device, enables ergonomic operation and reliable results in line production.

In addition, the machine is equipped with the DHG 345 (rotating) bowel holding device – a clear advantage for stable bowel flow and controlled processes, especially at higher speeds.
