The ZERMAT CV800 is a high-performance industrial chamber machine for businesses that require large cuts , higher volumes, and a stable packaging process. The machine is robustly constructed of stainless steel , easy to maintain, and designed for continuous professional use – ideal for butcher shops, production facilities, delicatessens, and the food industry.

Thanks to sensor-based vacuum control , soft air (progressive ventilation) and programmable parameters, processes can be cleanly standardized – even for sensitive products.
