ZERMAT TR-10 – Automatic shrink tank for high production (continuous process)
The ZERMAT TR-10 is an automatic shrink tank (retractilado) for vacuum bags – designed for businesses with high throughput and a requirement for consistently clean packaging appearance .
The shrinking process allows the bag to fit snugly against the product – less film overhang, better presentation and a significantly higher quality appearance, especially for meat, sausage and cheese .
The system operates continuously : A photocell/sensor detection at the inlet automatically starts the cycle, the product is guided over a dipping belt, immersed to a defined depth and then discharged again.
