The CrozzdicR® Cheese Line 200 from FOODLOGISTIK is a fully automatic cutting system specifically designed for calibrated cheese products – ideal for businesses that want to process cheese blocks or sticks efficiently, cleanly, and with consistent cutting results into cubes, strips, or slices . Feeding is via a conveyor belt for large cheese blocks/sticks up to 200 mm wide and 620 mm long – perfect for high daily output and consistent production without manual intervention at the infeed.
A major practical advantage is the flexible product discharge : The cut material can be transported directly via a discharge conveyor (e.g., towards packaging/further processing) or alternatively discharged into different containers . This saves time, reduces manual handling, and makes the line significantly smoother.
The Cheese Line 200 is designed for reliable operation: A large touchscreen allows users to create and quickly access cutting programs for different products. The intelligent cutting length control ensures precise positioning of the feeder – the crucial factor (appearance and uniformity) that determines whether cheese is returned or ordered again.
In terms of hygiene, the system is clearly at home in the industrial world: fully welded construction , large drains , sloping drainage surfaces throughout the machine area , and a stainless steel hydraulic tank . Large cleaning and service openings ensure that cleaning and maintenance don't disrupt production.
