The CrozzdicR® Classic series from FOODLOGISTIK is the ideal solution for businesses that require high throughput and want to efficiently process large cuts of meat, poultry, sausage, or cheese blocks – without time-consuming pre-cutting . The core of the Classic series is the automatically operating cross-blade , which pre-cuts the product automatically, significantly reducing preparation time – perfect for industrial applications, butchering, and high-performance production lines.
Thanks to its robust overall design, featuring a high-performance hydraulic system and heavy-duty gate drives, the machine operates consistently and reliably – even with high daily volumes. At the same time, it meets stringent hygiene requirements with its fully welded machine body , sloping surfaces, and integrated drainage channels, ensuring clean and efficient cleaning and drainage.
Another advantage in the process: Product discharge is flexible – optionally via integrated discharge conveyor or directly into 200-liter trolleys or Euro boxes on trolleys .
