The CrozzdicR® Comfort series from FOODLOGISTIK is the high-performance solution for industrial operations that require very high throughput and a clean, uniform cut . The machine reliably cuts poultry, red meat, sausage, bacon sides, or blocks of cheese into cubes, strips, or slices – and, crucially, the automatically operating cross-blade eliminates the time-consuming pre-cutting process entirely in many applications.

A real comfort plus is the technical design for continuous load in production operations : powerful drive technology for cutting system and hydraulics, robust cutting sets and a machine design that is optimized for hygiene and cleaning (fully welded machine body, sloping surfaces, drainage shafts).

Automatic cross-cutting knife
Large pieces are automatically pre-cut – this saves time, personnel and reduces errors in preparation.

DICETRONIC® control unit (standard/optional depending on version)
Large touchscreen, clear overview of all cutting parameters, many programs and custom programming – ideal for reproducible results in shift work.

Maximum cutting accuracy at high feed rates
Precise feed cylinders, special sealing systems, automatic pressure monitoring and very accurate feed length control ensure uniform cubes/strips/discs – from the first to the last cut.

Separate drives for gates & cutting knives
Speeds can be individually controlled – this allows the machine to be optimally adjusted to the product and temperature (fresh / slightly frozen).

Flexible product discharge
Discharge directly into 200-liter trolleys or optionally via discharge conveyor belt – suitable for the line and material flow.

According to the manufacturer, the CrozzdicR Comfort 120 / 120+ has a throughput of < 3,600 kg/h (depending on the model and product).
