Slicer & portion cutter for boneless and bone-in products

The SlicR® series from FOODLOGISTIK is the professional solution when customers need uniform slices , precise portioning , and high throughput – whether fresh, chilled, or slightly frozen . The machines reliably and cleanly slice both boneless and bone-in products at processing temperatures down to -4 °C .

A major advantage in the cutting pattern is the pulling cut of the cutting knife: This creates smooth cut surfaces , and especially with cutlets, the cut is almost splinter-free – this is a real quality argument point in sales.

The series is designed to be flexible for the production flow:

  • Continuous feed (high output, e.g. with double knife) or

  • in cycles (top quality with single-blade operation)

Optionally, there is transport via discharge conveyor belt as well as PET or stainless steel covers – depending on the line and hygiene requirements of the customer.

Typical products: cutlets, schnitzel, pork neck, roulades, roast beef, pork belly, Kasseler (smoked pork loin), fish, cheese and sausages .
