The SoftfoodslicR® series from FOODLOGISTIK is the specialist for everything that gets crushed, smeared, or broken by "normal" slicing machines: pâtés, soft cheeses (e.g., feta), fine sausages, fish, and other soft products . The goal is always the same: clean, precise slices , preferably as segments , and optionally cubes or strips – without the product falling apart.
