HA 800 – Standard semi-automatic for professionals

The HA 800 series forms the basis of the semi-automatic range and combines robust materials (stainless steel) with an ergonomically operated food holder system and a lockable cutting tray. This combination ensures precise, reproducible cuts , minimizes waste, and facilitates safe, controlled operation in butcher shops, catering businesses, retail counters, and commercial kitchens.

  • HA 810 / VarioSlice carriage: One carriage with two functions – automatic locking and easy switching between straight and vertical cutting guidance; ideal for tall or square cutting materials.

  • HA 800 HS: Specifically designed for angled cuts with stepless adjustment from approx. 30°–50°, making "wafer-thin cuts" possible, which is in demand in the delicatessen or presentation sector.

  • HA 800 LS: Specially designed for salmon and fish fillets (fresh, smoked or frozen to approx. −10 °C) with a variable angle of approx. 10°–40° for precise fish or fillet cuts.
