JIPA JUMP 101 – Multifunctional system for professional kitchens (series / platform)
The JIPA JUMP 101 is a modular, multifunctional system for professional food preparation – built for kitchens that demand speed, repeatability, and consistent quality . Depending on the configuration, the series covers applications such as boiling (intensive/gentle), roasting, frying, braising, low-temperature cooking, grilling/roasting, searing, confit, and sous-vide cooking – with a temperature range of 30 to 250 °C .
Operation & Process Safety
The system is controlled via a 12" touchscreen display with intuitive operation. Especially well-suited for commercial kitchens and catering: it offers storage space for up to 800 programs with up to 12 steps – ideal for standardized processes and consistent results, even with changing staff.
This includes sensor-based temperature measurement , status/error messages on the display, and technical/service-related information directly on the machine.
Features (typical for the JUMP platform)
Depending on the model/options, the following are possible, among others: automatic water filling , automatic drainage , integrated return shower , multi-point probe , HACCP data , internet connection and central connections for water/drainage/electricity (from the floor or wall).
Technical documentation also mentions materials such as AISI 304 (frame) and AISI 316 (crucible) as well as a JPX heating system , including very fast heating performance (up to 180 °C in about 3 minutes – depending on the model).
