The JIPA JUMP 101 P is a professional electric multi-functional unit for commercial kitchens, catering, and institutional food service – wherever standardization, speed, and consistent quality are essential. The P version combines classic JUMP performance with a pressure cooking function (pressure cooking temperature up to 110 °C ) and an automatic basket lifting function – perfect for efficient processes with high production volumes.
The machine is operated intuitively via the 12" color touchscreen display . A major advantage in practice: Custom cooking programs can be saved – with storage space for up to 800 programs and up to 12 steps . This ensures reproducible processes, even with changing staff.
