The REX RVF 327 vacuum filler is a high-performance professional vacuum filler for butcher shops and production facilities that demand high output, precise portioning, and maximum ease of use. Designed for filling, portioning, and twisting all types of sausage, the machine features a robust stainless steel construction and modern control technology for efficient daily operations.

The self-supporting machine housing made of solid stainless steel ensures maximum stability, durability, and hygienic conditions. The 90-liter folding hopper allows for convenient loading and facilitates quick product changeovers as well as easy cleaning – ideal for varying production batches.

At its core, the machine features a rotor with four double slides , ensuring a consistent product flow and delivering consistently clean portioning results. It is operated via a user-friendly 12-inch touchscreen control with memory for up to 100 program settings . This allows for quick recall of frequently used products and reproducible process control.

The RVF 327 boasts impressive performance: With a filling capacity of up to 2,700 kg/h and a filling pressure of up to 40 bar, the machine is also suitable for high production demands. The portioning range of 5 to 10,000 g is flexibly adjustable and can be fine-tuned in 0.1 g increments – ideal for precise weight portioning and consistent product quality. A high throughput of up to 500 portions/min is also possible.

The machine is driven by a servo main drive . The twisting drive with twisting gearbox, in combination with the DHG 320 (rotating) casing holder , ensures clean twisting and stable processes – especially at higher speeds and with demanding products. Additionally, a complete touch panel guard and a clipper connection are integrated, making the RVF 327 ideal for line operation and connection to clipping technology.
